Crash Direct3D error

About every 1-2 hours, my games crash reporting this error:
Before module 3, I never have crash or error from Neverwinter. With new client of module 3, I start to have random crash reporting error about out of memory about Direct3D after about 1-3 hours of gameplay.
After module 4, this problem happen a bit more frequently, about every 2 hours.
I like to say that this is the only game that have this problem. I've tested my pc with game like Starcraft 2, Mass Effect 3, and so on, and I never have crash or problem.
My configuration: Intel Q6600, 4GB Ram, Ati 4870 512MB, I play at resolution 1680x1050 (16:10) on WinXP, DirectX 9 last one, with last driver good for my video card. I play with personalized graphic configuration low/medium (no AA or AF).
I check the files of game more than ones, but no error was found.
