Problems With Dungeon Que

Ok so anyways this has been going on alot lately. I've been queing for dungeons mostly the T2 ones (pirate king to dread vault so I cant tell if this happens on other dungeons, I'll see) but everytime the que pops up the tanker and healer role is always "X"'d. Meaning that would put us back in the que, but in this case it puts us in the party into the uncompleted dungeon. Whats even worse the dungeons themselves are also glitchy. I was in frozen heart both the last boss was locked out and the second one, meaning we couldn't reach any of them to progress, ice wall in the way. The last boss in Temple of the spider glitched out and she was out of her pen near the campfire. I even get que'd into dungeons where three people give the green check only to find out that I get qued with 1 disconnected person.

I don't know whats going on here, I havent done a complete dungeon for ages now and for some reason this started when the right-click peoples name in chat didnt work. That too is also another bug.
