Website Bug: Character Transfer Problems

The menu in the character transfer screen only displays my first 8 characters and I cannot find a way to scroll down further.

Tested in Win8 with Firefox and IE. Does anyone know a solution how to access your other characters ?

    Had same problem and then I found out there are TWO! different pages that transfer people. One only goes to 8 and the one here http://nw.perfectworld.com/preview lists them all.

    Was that the issue?

    Yeah, it's a coding issue with the newer website for it. For some reason the dropdown box seems to fall behind that big useless grey area at the bottom. I've heard you can use tab to get to characters below the cutoff.

    Personally I use the older page petestarks linked, it's more user-friendly anyway. No weird tricks to use and it takes you to a confirmation page that takes you back to the copy page so you can do multiples easily instead of the useless confirmation of the arc. I always end up with two copies of the character in question using the newer page from having to click back through the submission.
