Crag Cat?

Has there every been any indication of a release of the Crag Cat mount?
I feel like it should've been released back when mod 3 was, but they never got around to it.

I collect mounts, so it's been taunting me in collections for quite some time now!

    At one point on preview a couple of months ago it actually listed it as a CTA reward but then it got relisted as a Wondrous bazaar item , I'd love for it to be a CTA mount though .

    so no concrete answer to this poor kitty? :(
    I know that is a ridiculous request but I'm waiting for months for this mount ^^
