Support not working from launcher (cant give gear i bought to mage,tool tips wrong?)

I bought basic pvp level 60 gear with my cw to send to my other cw

It says the basic stuff is boe, but it soul bound to my character when I bought it.

I have no idea why, and would like to know if I just need to salvage the gear and write it off as I can't do that, or if it is an arror and you can unbind the new gear (bought yesterday I think or day before, my timing is off from my schedule so cant recall which but one or the other)

So Why isn't support working on my launcher

why did something marked boe soul bind when I bought it (The six pieces feet chest head hands main hand off hand)

I would be happy if they could be unsoul bound, but have no way to communicate so I"m trying here.

Could someone please just say

a. Yes it is a bug, and when fixed you will be able to give your other CW on your account the gear

b. It is working as intended, and the tool tip is wrong

c. File a ticket this way: ****** (specifics) and if you can't file a ticket , then you can do this or this.

d. Silence It is not something we care about.

I guess I'll just take some time and let it sort itself out. I will however wait to buy zen and my fast mount, companion, more slots, coal wards, other items until I can have faith that it will work as it says it will. I only have a little bit of money, and If I put it to this game I forsake other games.

Not threats, I just wish someone would at least say they were looking into it, give them x amount of time and check back. Not so hard is it?
