battlefield artifact seal

hi i have a problem with this seal, i already complete my 7th task in GG pvp, but claim button is missing. it happen when i claim it and my inventory is full, and i discard some item. when i try to claim again the seal 'claim" button is missing it was 1 week ago or almost 2 weeks, what will i do to fis this?
