Points not staying when Selected

Hiya, I done a Race change for the fun of it, (my Tieflings feet were huge no matter what I did to them!!)

Anyway I re-rolled my Tiefling, into a Sun Elf (I can't buy the Feywild pack on the Test server, so can't try out my Moon Elf to see if it has the same issue) But I've got level 11 and yet I can't proceed as I can not spend my Power Points nor my Feat points)

Also means I can not Invocate either, and can't continue the game unless I can spend them :(

Can someone have a look into this for me, to see it's something I'm doing wrong or if it actually a bug.

    I had same issue when rerolling my Tiefling CW into High Elf. Temporary solution is to get respec token and use it.
