Potions of Major Healing in the AH

There must be a problem :
Checking the prices of the Potions of Major Healing in the AH at the moment of this post, I've notice almost all the 400 visible are stacks of 99 from a single player (SSS@n989311). All at the same price.

I suppose a single player can't put 400+ or so of the same thing in the market at the same time (even only because he wouldn't stand the repetitivity of the task). So the only explanation I have is it's a bug.

Thank you for looking into this.

I doubt it's a bug, it's probably someone who had a lot of gold and is trying to turn it into AD.

It can't be a human being doing that : all these stacks were put seconds after one another. So it can only be the result of a bug : the game is not functioning as intended.

    Screenshot would help.

Afterall there is a limit of 40(?) total posts by an account on the auction house

Gold is easy to come by and potions are cheap, and any player using Sword Coast Adventures has a chance for heal potions too. I get them in my leadership profession ALL the time. I don't see an issue at all. With the upcoming Mod 4 release I am guessing that person is clearing out bag space.

Each character is also limited in the number of AH listing allowed. This has to be a bug - OR - it's a "gold farmer/bot" using the same name on multiple @Handles (200 accounts with only two character slots for example). But this still seems extreme to me. I'd lean more toward bug.

But bur or exploiter they need to look into it.

Definitely something wrong here. I just looked, there are still hundreds of stacks of 99 potions, all by the same account (not just same name/different account). I don't know about everyone else, but I only have 40 slots to use, not hundreds. Nor do I have enough bag slots to even hold that many stacks of potions to put them all up on the AH at one time. Definitely something screwy.

In the past I think I've seen things like these happen... I performed other searches to confirm but after refreshing, there were no more than 40 entries for a single account... So I thought I may have seen non existent problems while being on a rush...
But now seeing other players reporting this thing let me realize that this is either a bug (more entries than the 40 that were effectively posted are showing) or a serious exploit towards which Cryptic should put attention.
Either way I think someone from Cryptic should explain what is going on, because things like these happening only put honest players on a disadvantageous position (just like other recently discovered happenings).

It's not a question of how the person obtained the potions, who cares. It's a question of how they had over 300 slots (when I counted) used on the AH, when accounts are limited to only 40 slots. And all 300+ slots were posted at about the same time, all 300+ posted within a few minutes total.

I wasn't in a rush and at least 350 of the 400 lots I could see were from the same exact character.

Even if it's a bot (and it's certainly one), it must play mostly with what the games allows. So there must be a bug somewhere.

And again the same person has occupied 140 slots on AH selling potions. Not sure if he is a bot, but maybe you could find out something by inspecting his log/data/record.
