Bug : stealth meter got bugged during dragon HEs

happened to me today 2x and another day at least 1x (don't remember exactly how many). i will be a bit vague since i couldn't replicate it exactly.
While fighting the dragon HE in neverdeath my stealth meter got stuck midway and didn't go either up nor down. same thing happened with the dragon HE in ebon downs. stealth meter got stuck. i couldn't enter stealth and when i tried encounters they weren't stealth hits (lashing blade). sorry i couldn't pinpoint it more. hope it helps a bit to find what causes this and fix it.

*a friend of mine TR was with me in ebond downs' HE and his stealth meter worked fine.

edit : it bugged again today. still not sure what does it but stealth doesnt work after it bugs. it stays same. cant enter it. lurker's assault daily didnt fill it either, it then stayed bugged until i went from rothe to whisperings' dragon and at some point it got unstuck on its own. all the while i was doing same rotation using :
at wills : duelist's flurry, cloud of steel
encounters : impossible to catch, wicked reminder, lashing blade
dailies : whirlwind of blades, lurker's assault

    Stuns will typically cause this, although other things do as well. It used to be that one could change out your gear (stealth extending gear to other and back) and this would seem to refresh the meter and allow it to start recharging again (but this no longer seems to work). Additionally the only way I have found to fix this is to die and let the revive timer run down all the way (if you respawn early or get revived it will remain bugged -- you must die and respawn to a full timer count for it to fix itself).

    This bug has been around for a very long time (many modules) and has been reported and posted on many times. It was addressed and fixed once but then a few patches later it returned and remains.

    Yeah, I still get this too. CC hitting at the wrong time will trigger it. There's no way to really avoid it that I've found. It's a pain.
