Yup.. still on probation here...

I've been on probation for over 2 weeks. About to the point of quitting. All they keep saying is my account is not on probation. Yet I still can not buy/sell ZEN in game. I understand having security but this is just NUTZ!!!! I don't think they know what is going on!

If they say you're not on probation when you are, I'd fraps a video showing the problem and send that in to them.

Unfortunately, my answer finally came back, and that answer is: it's confidential and therefore not disclosed. Sorry.

So they refuse to explain how long people have to wait or tell us how they inform us that the probation period is lifted. I thought they were finally starting to learn how to communicate with their customers seeing Akro's message yesterday.
Oh well. back to square one it is. I hope they are ready for a lot of annoyed and ticked off people.

Besides all that: Thank you Lews for trying. It's appreciated.

In the event of security or anti-fraud measures, non-disclosure is not an unreasonable expectation. To disclose how long probation periods last or the circumstances that trigger them is tantamount to handing those who would exploit such a manual on how to do it.

the official word is for security reasons, they will not disclose the duration of probation. it would completely undermine the reason for it in the first place.
