Is there some kind of trick or hint to finding the hidden codes in the blog posts? Everybody seems to have a really easy time finding them, except for me, who has yet to find a single on before the event ends...

I'll give general tips. I can think of three main ways the code has been hidden so far:
-- Mousing over a word or phrase (at least some of which have been underlined) led to the code being in a pop-up phrase.
-- The code in plain sight in the center of text (a good example would be in the details of a new companion announcement: "Active Bonus: heals you for 7XYCie8 every 30 secs")
-- The code in plain sight, but very tiny, in a picture. It will probably be too small to read the code within the announcement, but if you open the picture in another tab, it will be bigger and the code should be legible. I remember the code being written on a GWF's pauldron as perhaps the earliest version of this trick.
Those are all the methods I can think of off the top of my head.

What has been posted above me is all you need. Other than to say that sometimes the code isn't easy to read when in an image... what looks like one character may be a similar character instead.
Really, the previous posters have nailed it.. armed with this, none of them have been hard to find. (Though some have been a bit hard without the knowledge- it doesn't occur to everyone to mouse over, or to open an image..)
In the future, it my be necessary to hack into the computer of an undisclosed Chinese take-out, and extract an encryption key which then must be applied to.....

No. It may be that the pool is exhausted. I don't remember what it was exactly, but I remember that people got an ambiguous message last time it ran out.
Edit- I just looked at it again, and it is pretty clear.. not much room for mis-interpretation if one's eyes are decent. They are not extremely quick to post when it runs out.. I don't think anyone is actually standing by watching.

hmm, well i hope not ... same thing happened last time except it was like 36 hours before they announced it was exhausted.
Bloody hell. Is it over again? And pick a better font - the 3rd to last character could be two different things!
I've entered both and it says it's still wrong! Unless there are "fake" codes to throw us off?
The one I found is pretty crystal clear -- I'll go hunting for others - maybe that ones a red herring.
