Off-topic, I look down at the keyboard from time to time too...if you can, get a Razer Naga or the Logitech equivalent then take the week to teach your thumb to move on it...and watch the speed improve once you remap your commands

I concur - my wife and I have both taken to our razer mice with 12 hotkeys for your thumb to use. From WoW, to ESO, to Neverwinter, it makes a huge difference in both speed and enjoyability of the games.
Its called progression... you should be able to farm gear at some point pretty easily... but seems you like only to have your 2 hours of CN run. If you are happy with that i dont mind. But just for advice... new dungeons in mod 4 seems have higher dificulty than the ones at the moment avaible.
Yes the Epic dungeon and Skirmish can be very brutal, however they are much shorter then previous ones.
