Did anyone get their rewards today from the claims guy?

I should have been eligible for the day 3 & 4 companions that were supposed to be delivered today but didn't get them yet.

    I took part in all four days. No rewards thus far.

    What time do they usually deliver rewards, I would have thought the new patch would have triggered it?

    Well met everyone,

    . . .     Rewards for these types of promotions usually begin rolling out at the "end of the work day" on the date stated (This one is dated 7/31/2014; today) for Cryptic, which is around 7:00pm Pacific - give or take an hour or so, and then time for them to propagate out.

    . . . If one hasn't gotten their rewards for this promotion by this time tomorrow, please file a Support Ticket or email customerservice@perfectworld.com - We cannot provide Account or Billing Support through the Forums, which this falls under.

    . . . As such, we cannot allow these types of threads as they won't gain forum responses to player's reports of issues or requests for resolution related to them.
