When is the weekly sale gonna come out?

Now that Keys are Bound on account and can't be transfered, or bought for that matter besides zen, can we have the lock boxes chance rates buffed? and the keys should be on sale imo pretty much 24/7 because they're worth quite a bit less now that we can't trade them straight across for other goods anymore.

    They don't seem to run sales when they have weekly spender event type things or other promotions running , if there is going to be a sale this week it'll probably be on Thursday after maintenance now .

    Yeah, the new sales (or sale incentives) always start on Thursday after maintenance.
