Weak debuff from TIde of Iron

Hello,

I want to ask about Weak debuff from Tide of Iron.

What does it actually do to affected players? Does it reduce their DR? or does it reduce their defense? or does it simply increase our damage?

How much damage increase we get when we attack weakened enemy? Has anybody tested this?

I did some dummy testing and noticed that it adds about 20% dmg per swing.
So maybe 20% resistance reduction?

I also notice that the debuff lasts much longer if you hit a target with it (ToI) and don't follow up with another attack yourself.
