Queueing is turned off temporarily while they internally test some content they don;t want us to see yet. But the warlock "sprint" on shift thing is definitely a graphical glitch. I'm sure they're aware of it, so I'll just add this: it seems to only flicker at the beginning and end, and not always. Perhaps 50% of the time and the flicker is occurring during the transition from the normal view into the fuzzy black-and-white view.
It's looks similar to the Champions Online "Electrical" Travel Powers (Lightning and Electric Ball or whatever) - except there is no "transition" - it just "snaps" into that fuzzy black-and-white view then "snaps" out. So I suspect if they can;t fix that transitional flickering they may opt to just "snap" into that view and "snap" out of it - which would be fine with me. (Though I know it's about pride-of-quality for the Devs - and they deserve recognition for that: everything in neverwinter is genuine high quality).
I too was experiencing the glitch. Just so its known to be widespread, I'm saying so!
And I agree with AngrySprite. Its only at the beginning or end transitins, especially I noticed: when your stamina bar is low
keep up the good work devs!
I get that about 50% of the time, but more often if I only Shadow Slip for short bursts. Currently patching the newest update so dunno if any of that is still a problem. Strobe Warlock ftw!
