T2 armors dropping in non-epic versions of dungeons...

I have heard from several guildmates now that they have run regular versions of FH, ToS, and SP... and the T2 piece of armor is dropping in the chests. This takes any and all effort out of the dungeons to get your T2 pieces. One person in the guild said they had run ToS, regular, twice and the BP was in the chest both times.
