Is there an ICD on the black ice enchantment?
If so, what time for lesser and greater?
I mean enchantments like Lesser Corrupt Black Ice Enchantment

    Kind of sucks, though. Why can they not mention that in the description? One might think someone is trying to deceive us.
    I guess they'll try to hide behind "When dealing damage you have a chance to ...".

    Unfortunately Cryptic are the masters of nonexistent , vague and unhelpful descriptions .
