Foundry for <60

I was wondering if you could enlighten me about this.

I am currently a lvl 16 or so HR, and I love the foundry. Last time I played (openbeta?) they had nerfed the experience in foundry maps, for a good reason. (OGRE FARM MEGA XP etc, I bet you know about it)

The question is, is it still 2 bars in less than 4 minutes and you get no xp or drop at all? That was the information back then and that was a long time ago, have anything changed?

Is it even worth leveling by doing foundry quests (by doing legit quests etc and no "farm xp ogre map ultra xp").
At low lvls it's not that hard getting multiple bars of xp in a short time, and my concern is that if I play foundry I'll just get kicked in the groin and no xp.

I'm currently leveling a ranger using foundry only. The experience and drops are decent. If you're doing quests during the foundry hour,the exp gets better. Basically, it comes down to which quest you chose. There are lots of amazing RP quests, but the rewards won't be as much. Then there are grind quests, that offer a bit more.

My advice is to lose yourself in the fun, and not worry about the level / gear. Those are just perks for having fun and enjoying the experiences other players have made for you.

After some other games, I personally feel that I level up TOO QUICKLY in this game, so I am glad of the slightly slower pace whenever it comes.

I've levelled 2 characters entirely via foundry, including a DC. Loot is fine, you miss out on some of the unique pre 60 loot but so what? You do probably want to do the official quests that give bags, but you can do them when overleveled (you just dont get directed to the quests).
