cant claim battle seal and black ice cache...need help gm

need help i cant claim my battle seal to get my artifact and cant claim black ice cache after finishing all the required task.. I already filled a ticket and hope it can be resolve asp.     If you filed a ticket, your best course of action would be to await a response on that ticket. The forum staff cannot assist in support matters. Thanks!!
