Hi, I wanted to know if Fey Thistle boon (When you Deflect an attack you deal 400 damage to your attacker) had an ICD, I'm a GF (Protector/Tactician) with 30% Deflect, so I think it's the best option for me.
It procs like crazy... ITC and Unstoppable make this boon INCREDIBLY OP.
Without exaggeration.
ITC I can see, but unstoppable doesn't add deflect chance o.O? Unless you are talking about the reduced damage in general allowing you more chances to deflect?
Also, it does ~400 damage before damage reduction (forgot to mention that on the previous post).

I am definitely proccing this a lot more in Unstoppable from my experience. Cannot explain why in terms of exact mechanics.
As for the damage itself... it profits from buff and debuffs I think. I have seen FT hits in the 600-800 area (from parses).
I'd add the HR Meditation to the list as well, it also gives 100% Deflect (I think). Also HRs have natural good deflect.
All in all, a very powerful boon and a great choice.
Also it procs other things on the enemy... such as tenebrous enchants.
