Can't log character in... error message.

The game crashed while zoning to Protector's Enclave.
When I try to re-run the game, it runs the verify process but apparently finds nothing wrong. Then it crashes again if I try to log in on that character (normal or safe login, doesn't matter)
I haven't tried another character yet, waiting for yet another verify process to run.
Is there a way I can fix this without reinstalling the entire thing?
Update: It's any character in Protector's Enclave... which is where all but one of my characters are located.

Corrupt DataList in Hogg file: bin/geobin/Maps/Neverwinter_City/Nw_Pe/Nw_Pe/Neverwinter_Protectors_Enclave.Zone/world_Default_entries.hogg: 19
Update: It's any character in Protector's Enclave... which is where all but one of my characters are located.

I guess the verify doesn't detect corrupted files. *scratches head*
