2 more weeks for kessel's retreat?

Is there a solution for that black ice requirement bug because right now it looks like i have to wait 15 more days until i can craft another piece of equipment, the gloves being RNG there is a possibility i'll never get them and it's pretty silly to make a requirement based on a rng drop.

    I agree with you. I've played hard and have included everything. I have all the black ice gear except the bracers and I can't seem to get them to drop. Even though I have Kessell's key, I still can't do the instance because I need the bracers, since I still need more time to get to level 3 to purify the armor. I played mod 3 on the preview from the time it was up and have played hours each day since it went live and still no bracers. Yes, I know others have gotten them, but I'm getting really frustrated that all my work is still not paying off. I think basing entry on a drop is not really fair.

    The patch they put on preview today is supposed to help. We will see if it does or not when it goes live Thursday.

    Agree 100%. With VT and MC, you just had to grind enough to get the materials and AD to make the key. Now, you have to unlock it PLUS wait for an item that may never (or it seems like that to me) drop.

    Can't you just fill 2 pieces with black ice to get 2x10%..?
    No idea what my toon is now.

    It doesn't work. Currently you need more then 20% BI resistance to enter.

    Like mehguy said that doesn't work , you need over 20% I got entry with 22% while testing on preview , I asked about the 20% requirement being wrong or not working in the preview patch notes today but I guess the question was missed .

    That's my main frustration, too. I have all the other gear and am wearing 2 of the pieces purified and empowered and have 20% and still can't get into Kessell's. I don't mind waiting for the gear so much, but I seriously mind being kept out of an area I've worked to get in because I can't get a random drop.

    This is an upcoming patch note for another build we will be putting to preview today and going with tomorrow.

    Kessel's Retreat: Resolved a floating point accuracy issue with not being able to have exactly 20% Black Ice Resistance to be able to queue for this instance.

    Really good news , I know A LOT of players are going to be happy about this.
