Sometimes if someone dodges fox shift, it doesn't display the cooldown so I have no idea when it'll be up again.
Also, there's a weird bug for at-wills that happens rarely- sometimes I get a 60 second cooldown on them. I have no idea what triggers it but obviously that should never happen, and it's really crippling in PVP.
