IWD: Mother Lode HE Broken since new patch

Black ice fails to respawn, although the barbarian raiders do, so you are left at then with "Encounter Failed" message - was fine yesterday.

    That's been a problem since before the new patch. In fact, I'm not sure I've seen it happen myself since the last patch.
