Utility enchantments: Silver vs Dark

As the title implies. Do you prefer +glory gain or +movement?
At rank 5 maybe it was just me, but I did not sense much difference in movement speed with all darks, so I opted to easy me some more glory points (+15%, not bad) because in the end those are what you need to get PVP sets, and the sooner, the better.
What are your thoughts/enchants?

I had R6 darks in all util slots on all 12 of my chars. I replaced them ALL with R6 or better azures once the over60 XP thing started.
I noticed absolutely no difference in my movement. None.
