Dungeon Ques broken?

I noticed that probably since module 3 i couldn't join a single dungeon via the grouping tool. I know most of you don't use it but if it's there i expect it to work as it did before, tried it even when DD was running and still nothing.
Here's the problem: When the que pops up 2-3 slots are automatically red, sometimes the group is canceled and i get back in que or i join the dungeon but we're just 2 people there.

Solutions? and again this is for the grouping tool, spamming on LFG chat doesn't count

    This has been occurring since Beta and given your parameters, there is no solution other than to keep trying.

    It's pretty odd cause i've used dungeon que to find groups constantly before the patch and as a DC always got a group in less than 10 min.
