I kinda figured this patch was going to resolve most of these.

That is a good news! Well done and thanks to the Devs hard work to address this issue. Will test it tonight when I am back from work. ;)

So far, play has been excellent for me (though I'm skipping IWD today -- I want to get to bed early). The awful rubberbanding I was seeing in places like Witch Fen and Gnarlroot appears to be gone. Well done!

Went into Icewind pass (more heroic spawns), & Dwarven Valley, no lag at all, skills working fine - except shard - it can still stick sometimes, its like the cast of the spell finishes and you expect to push and it pushes before the shard has appeared, does not do it all the time, and yes I did see one stick on terrain but far less often than before.

It's better. With my first character there was no problem, a little slowdown on the epic troll encounter in DV, but that's probably my hardware.

    Big sigh of relief.

However, when I switched to my HR just to do dailies in DV for campaign advances, the same prepatch problems occurred, some lag initially, but then when another HE kicked off nearby my position, boom, couldn't move, bad guys stationary, hp bars motionless, and suddenly I'm dead, injured and respawned.

Still some work needed under the hood guys.
No idea what my toon is now.

While we still have EHE Bosses with more stealth uptime than any TR can ever dream off, Lag had been reduced to typical 'EU connecting to US Gameserver' levels. Thanks for that.

Yes, this patch is a godsend. I actually see Epic encounters spawning more than once every three days! PvP actually works (saw that elusive motherlode) and the lag was virtually gone. Still got lagged up a bit during an epic encounter with liek 30 people in it, but I expect that. Still, playing last night was a real hoot. It's like a totally different experience now.

Kudos, fine chaps, for fixing the vast majority of the problems in one patch!

Good enough to make it worth the 6 1/2 hour patch!

Honestly it was like night and day. So much more enjoyable to players, not just to myself.
HE's spawning, We did a Big Bears HE (not sure what its called) and it was smooth as ever.

And more importantly, my Drow clan thanks you. Although I have never inflicted Darkfire with any of my Drows, I have heard and seen it happen. This needed to be fixed and it appears that it has.

=O that's probably on your side though, my patch took around 20-30 mins to be completed... And I patched it just a while after the server went up.
