Launcher Crashing

Okay, so, when they first updated Module 3 I was crashing literally every 3-10 seconds within the game. Tech Support did absolutely nothing to help me, they told me they were "looking into it" and disappeared for 6 days, at which point my husband managed (after hours of trying everything) to fix my game himself. It was something entirely stupid - we had to uncheck the "on demand patching option" and suddenly my game was no longer broken.
But then they updated another patch last night and now my game is broken again, even worse than before. Now it crashes to desktop at the exact same time every time, during the "Cryptic" loading screen just after logging in in the launcher. So I can't even make it to the Character Select screen. Obviously it is not the patching option this time since we tried that...
Any ideas? Anyone else having this issue?
This is getting ridiculous, I wouldn't have bought all that zen if I'd known I wouldn't be able to play the game again anytime soon.
