Upgrading white level companions?

I could have sworn there was a kit for upgrading a white level companion to a green or blue level. Can anyone tell me where to find it?

    You are probably thinking of the mount training kits (for mounts). To upgrade a companion, you need to reach the max for its current rank and then go to your companion's tab. There will be an option to upgrade.

    The new lockbox includes a token to upgrade the rank of your companion:

    "Companion Fortification Kit – Items from the companion kit can be used to strengthen your companion’s effectiveness in battle. Notably, you will have a chance to gain a companion upgrade token which can help you upgrade your companion to Max level 30. This pack contains one of the following: Companion upgrade token, Lesser Bonding Runestone, Eldritch Runestone, 3 Rare Runestones, and a Tome of Companion Experience."
