Running the HE's , the bosses sometimes disappear from view ( and they are only supposedly 10 feet or less from me ) .
So as a cw working from range its rather infuriating as I then have to move position to get a visual and a target and then usually get KILLED from someone that just re pops back into view .
Is this due to the mass of players / mobs in a tightly confiined area and the system is struggling to display everyone ?
I always experience this with the Motherload encounter when the Giant starts dropping Black Ice all over the place. It seems the system can only show so much objects and I'm unable to find a setting to raise the limit.
I was running into the same issue in several encounters: the Ice bears 6-10 man where you protect prospectors most notably.
I could see my party mate fighting, but it looked like he was dancing by himself in a corner where there was nothing. Not until I was within "enforced threat" aoe range or closer did I see the bears he was fighting. A GWF was fighting in a different corner of the encounter and dying, and I didnt even see that player rendered at all until I was as close as previously described, where the bears also showed up that killed him.

The GG Dwarven king seems to have the same problem

I recall a setting that exactly limits the number of particle effects... Have mine pretty low. Still can't see the remorhaz, tho. Dunno if that'd help you.

Tried EVERY custom setting,
Tried using the sliders to MAX on GPU and CPU doesnt matter
There is something fundamentally wrong with that area
1: Graphics being the first un-drawing and redrawing which makes doing encounters very difficult
2: Cannot switch zones to do big H/E and have to hope if you ask nicely some one will invite you **
(Possible PVP related amazing how PVP always affects PVE huh?)
3: Ice nodes are Very difficult and the position to get them can take up to 15 seconds unless some one steps in front of you which they will do frequently to mine and some are un-mineable 3 discovered so far
4: Party Vrs non party heroic encounters success against great success, seems impossible done remorhaz solo 7 times and done raid the raiders 13 times and still didnt get great success,
- I was there first/second etc
- I did damage on the boss and adds and mined the black ice
- I did the torching of the bails and got all the loot/food/weapons
- i did alot of dps on the boss before most people arrived 5/10 minutes into it
and yet i still dont get great success?
this has to be fixed please cant have a handicap like this
Today again, i had enemies right next to me who beat me and I could not see them (class A HE). Forced to run in circles (and die). Beside me another player was dying also without my noticing. We do not see either gold or black ice unless of running around.
Chaotic neutral - so i can do whatever the hell i want

same issue here. I'm running all graphics on max settings and enemies/allies right next to me still disappear.
i dont know why they added that limit, on most systems there was no problem displaying everyone in the enclanve or 80+ adds in inis, so why now a limit?
when it is for weak systems than this options should be optional
I fought the beholder encounter in dwarven valley yesterday. Standing ON TOP OF the boss, he would dissapear. He would continue to perform attacks. Most notably a large Red AOE that would 1 shot most non-tanks, and occasionally tanks. Playing both GF and DC in this encounter, as a DC i put down my blue astral shield on top of where the boss Should be, but even my own spells were invisible!!!
This dissapearing enemies stuff is stupid. It makes it really frustrating to play and also to stay alive. People can't help each other if we can't see each other 10 ft away!
