Bought Retraining token and didnt' got them

I bought one Retraining token for 400 ZEN nothing happened so I bought another still no respec.
I lost 800 ZEN and I have submitted a ticket to support.

I used the ZEN link at my character I didn't used the "Y" button to get them.
Maybe it's only me who have this issue after the new patch but it's not fun at all.

    Retraining tokens should only be 300 zen. Are you sure you bought the right thing?

    Well I can't see now it's maintenance I used that link on my character table, 400 token must be rename token still I couldn't change anything. I'll see what happens when it's live again.
