Caer-Konig quest: "Unwanted elements"

I can't complete this quest, im stuck at:
"Speak to Urgus Battlehammer" because he doesn't give me any option to "speak" with him, even the gold path is disabled ("unable to locate this quest objective...")

anyone else with this issue? or maybe im a newbie and im missing something?

    Path is broken for me, but I had no problem speaking with him (after I've found him ofc)

    you spoke to him in Caer-Konig right? or u can find him also in another zone where the quest work?

    Where is Urgus Battlehammer in Caer-Konig? I can't find him; can you give me any idea? Thanks

    Odd, the path worked fine for me when I did it at release. Very strange...

    Look at the Black Ice Forge steps.
    Urgus Battlehammer is the dwarf on the left pillar at the base of the Black Ice Forge.

    I captured this picture for the recent screenshot contest and Urgus happened to get in on the picture. He is basically in the center of the picture with his right hand raised.
