Whispering Caverns Upper Vault Issue?

So I'm to the upper vault part of the Whispering Caverns. However, I'm playing as a Devoted Cleric and finding it quite hard to do the missions here. I've invited 3 people, and none of them have been able to enter the upper vault with me. 1 was a guild member, level 60, could not get in. Another random guy, level 60 couldn't get in, switched to his level 54 character, couldn't get in. Invited a level 59, he too, could not get in. Do these missions have to be run solo or is there some way to get it where people can come inside with me? I'm shouting in zone for help but it's shouting over the entirety of the WC, instead of just in the upper vaults. Thanks!

I assume that by upper vault, you mean the area accessed 'through the iron heart' or somesuch? If you need to team up with someone to complete the Illithid Enclave, you'll have to find someone that is in or has already gotten access to that area. Usually, you can't share the quests that only direct you to another quest giver and the Upper Vault has to be unlocked by completing the Wrathforge lair, possibly by completing all the quests prior to Wrathforge. If another player hasn't advanced far enough to enter the final zone themselves, they'll have to catch up the questline (or possibly get someone to share Wrathforge and then complete it.)

None of the missions have to be soloed and the lairs can be entered by a full team if you like so long as one person has the quest and is the one that activates the door.
