Ring of Violet Luminescence cant transmute still? & TR endless Stealth.

I have been playing since beta and bought the Guardian of neverwinter pack a year ago. The Ring of Violet Luminescence is said under the pack description that it can be transmuted, I haven't found one ring that will let me transmute.. false advertising? Please fix this ASAP its been over a year and for people that support you're game and buy these packs. Also the TR stealth needs to be fixed in PvP, its like a cheat to just stealth the whole time and attack. Needs to be a huge cooldown on it or maybe even be able to only use it a few times in PvP. Same with GWF being way way overpowered.

    Rogue stealth and GWF balance isn't a bug, and has no place in bug reports form.

    I can confirm the ring isn't transmutable though, it really should be. The whole novelty of that ring is its visual effect, it would be nice if we could capitalise on it.

    Well obviously it isn't transmutable that's why i posted this lol. I know I just added that about TR and GWF! Main reason for post was for the ring....
