The Phantasmal Phortress Boss, The Zulkar Of Illusion. There is actually a Boss Mechanic OTHER THAN A ZERG RUSH. I assume that this is a Bug of some sort and am enjoying the change of pace until it is fixed

Sadly, its also one of the easiest bosses in the game because of it. Ive not done CN, MC, or VT, so I cant honestly comment on them. So for me the most interesting boss is Jawbone.
There is still a small trickle of adds, that need to be managed. She puts down a nasty persistent AoE attack, that can force you to back off or change positions. And just when you think you got everything managed, BAM coffin! Its one of the few mechanics that can force you to change gears or mess up your rotation.
The only real shame to it, is her health is fairly small. Its much to easy to blast her to dust before anything interesting can come into effect.
can`t say about tough, because all are easy if you know what you`re doing and have the right spec and a bit gear.
depending on others also ofcourse.
vt goes a bit in a direction where it`s not about boss adds zerg.
but still easy if all just click the right things ;p
so vote would go for vt as nicest.
Toughest, I'm going to go with Draco, though of course mostly because of the adds. After that, Syndrith because a little bit of bad luck can cause a wipe. Then Yshiggol because the fight takes a long time and there are so many chances to screw up.
Coolest, it's hard to say but would almost certainly be a lair boss.

For some reason, the lag on Jawbone is far too nasty for me. Hard to deal with the coffins when the lag prevents you from activating the coffin in time.
The nastiest enemies for perma-stealth TRs seems to be in Icewind. The Battle Wights have a PBAoE that they use that lasts for a few seconds that they activate while you are stealthed instead of being in the usual confused state. Also there is a giant skeleton boss in the weekly mission that can see you through stealth.

Coolest boss... I'd have to dig that up, I'll let you know by editing this post.
One of the many Control Wizards that misses Shard Of The Endless Avalanche. RIP Shard (Beta-Mod3)

So far, the boss I like the best is the Mad Dragon Chartilifax. I just like slaying dragons.
I'll get back to ya on the toughest one.....
