Lightfoot thief and other spoils not in inventory after leaving dungeon

I was playing sword Coast Adventures today. I finally won the Lightfoot thief. I left the dungeon and got the big summary screen of winnings. When I went to my inventory non of the loot was there. In the past it seemed to appear instantly. I'm obviously very disappointed after being so excited to get it. This happened around 1:30-2:00 PST. It is still not in inventory.

I filled in an in-game GM help request and maintain hope of resolution.
