Anyone else experiencing this? I've been trying to play for the last two hours and I have been getting disconnected about every 5 minutes or so. For the last 1/2 hour I have been trying to do this one foundry mission and I have gotten disconnected 32 times so far.
Is it me or is this happening all over?

I've been also getting random disconnects the past week, but tonight has been by far the worst. I can barely stay logged in for a minute straight. At times I'll have 10-15 minutes without a disconnect, but then once I get dropped once, I get disconnected over and over.
I've had these problems too... even more frequently in the past few days.
I understand that people at cryptic can't resolve the issue first hand if the faulty network infrastructure isn't under their direct control, but continuing to tell "we can't do anything" to their user base is only doing harm to their business.
You can't do anything? Well, people will became unsatisfied and leave, and those who spent money will probably be angry. It would be a shame if you put so much effort into the next module but remain with no one left to play it.

So they can't do anything but you want them to lie to you? I really don't get what you want from this. If they can't do anything what could they possibly do other than be honest and say that.

I talked about being unable to do something first hand, but maybe they could contact the providers who operate in the middle. If cryptic as a company can't make its voice heard, imagine what we, the users, could do about that.

Well from my understanding Netflix is a far larger company than Cryptic and it hasn't managed to make it's voice heard. The only thing possible to change it is for American voters to make their reps and the FCC know that it's not acceptable. Barring that no one is going to be able to fix it.
