GWF's stat: Reg or Defl?

Hey Guys Im a GWF, have to say that in the open pvp, TRs are on the upperhand against GWFs.
I can kill them anyway, but ye, need some luck and better survive ability then w I did in normal pvp.
so my question is, huge Reg + HP vs Huge Defl + HP, which one is better to against perma-blie TRs?
My build is huge REG n i feel ok w that, but have anyone tried huge defl build to against perma-bile TRs? if Defl, then how much percent is good in ur opinion?
BTW, for this case, Vorpal or fire Plague?
