Get Bonus Rewards in Neverwinter... where are they its been 24hours since they went off???

the offer states 48 hours after the end of the promo.

These rewards will be delivered directly to your account within 48 hours of the end of the promotional period after March 31, 2014 and can be claimed at the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave.

I figured WITHIN ment they would not wait a full 2 days to release them... who does that anyway?

if it says within 48 hours, it'll be within 48 hours. if after 48 hours, you do not see your items then you will need to submit a support ticket.

ok 48hours plus now where are the items???? Not in rewards claim! who does this really???
