For those of us who have Aurora's whole realms catalogue, and summon it to supply people stuff in dungeons, we should be rewarded by the Gold said people use to buy the potions from our artifact.
Example: Guy buys potions worth 3 Gold from my artifact, the 3 Gold goes to me, adding 3+ to my gold count. Should make it like this, unless it's already like that?
Also Distilled Potions are way too overpriced, 3 gold for 20 potions?

That's like saying people who use their lanterns to debuff the boss should get points added to their need greed roll for the resulting loot. I mean I give stacks of potions and injury kits to teammates and get nothing for it, other than they get to continue contributing to the fight, and that is really what it is all about.
IMO the activation power on most of these artifacts is just a little bonus. The main point of them is the stat bonuses they give. There are a few special ones that rez and such, but other than that.. the debuff from lantern is smallish and people should keep their stock of pots and kits up at all times.
On the other hand, it makes no difference to me if the bearer of that artifact gets gold from it. If you can get someone behind it, more power to you.

Not a good idea.
Otherwise your friend gets spends 3 gold for 1.5G sell-able worth of potions, and you get 3 gold, for a net gain of 1.5G between you. Or at least free potions....
Also it would be nice if we could buy the other potions (Tidespan, reju, fortification) etc etc from this artifact. Would help for Alchemy.
I know that the vendor summoned from the artifact *did* get more stuff when I upgraded it from green to blue, so perhaps they do get those at higher levels...

Nope, you only get MAJOR distilled potions as Legendary.
I have it at Epic right now, and what it has are the PVP potions and normal distilled potions.

Also distilled pots from the catalogue are BtC which is a massive fail. If you have more than 1 character you're better off using the catalogue on a mule account if you plan on ever making it legendary.

We do get a cut. The artifact increases gold gain at higher ranks.
You are just summoning the merchant, all the profit from the sale should be going to the merchant that risked his life to teleport into the middle of a monster filled dungeon to sell a couple silver worth of items.
And as one poster mentioned, if you got the full gold of something bought from the merchant there would be nothing stopping you from making infinite money with a second account. Just buy and sell over and over again then give the sell cash to your main. You made 50% profit for no loss...

Curious about that and how that works... The Epic lvl says "Equip: +166 gold"... it's not giving 166 gold each times it's used, I would guess... and it's not defined as a % like in our stats, so how does that actually work, define +166 gold please...
Should be able to check in game and there is a gold stat. I think its like everything else, you get an additional % of gold every time gold drops. Probably 400 +gold stat for 1%.
We are still talking gold though, a resource people have tons of already.
What I want to know is, what the vendor sells at Mythic level? I'm hoping Superior Distilled Potions, but I havent found anyone who has one yet.

.
People not including myself, that's why I want to pump the stat... I did look at it, but like I said, it's quoted in %, so like you're saying, the 166 is less that the 400 for a +1%... Guess I'll see when I finally upgrade it, I'll report back then with my findings...

That had been asked in the Test server threads - and tested by someone, too. The answer was a "No." I forgot the details, but it was in one of the global threads there if you care to search. I just remember because all of my chars have Aurora's due to their convenience.
They should at least sell distilled superior pots though. I have one on preview I checked a few weeks ago and have one on my main refined but not upgraded since that's 5-600k for no benefit just on the final upgrade. It's still better off to buy greater stone of health and regular potions though.
Also as frishter mentioned, the character bound pots are a bummer for if you have multiple characters unless you multiboxed with another account. I mean account bound minimum wouldn't have hurt, people aren't considering 1 catalogue, let alone multiple.
What could be done to boost this artifacts would be to let it be used from you bags by right clicking it and selecting use from a list of options. To save on the 3min cooldown timer on changing back to your real combat artifact.

Could be taken advantage of unless these were priced higher then the AH, at which point it isn't that useful anyway.

However if you see somebody try to be a Necromancer or break any other rules it is best to report their post rather than respond to them.
