Terrifying Impact Not Working

TI seems to be broken:

Played a few matches, its not working on players either. Not sure about mobs.

I am going to post this in the bug reports as well, I wanted to report the bug and inform the GF community at the same time.

    Hitting Players now, but not Target Dummies still.

    Its possible it was just lag or something in the matches before I made the post.

    Its a graphical glitch, if you angle your camera correctly you can see the #'s. This is new since last maintenance but w/e who cares.

    Looks like noone cared neway :P
