Hotkey bug

Everytime i try to change artifact, horse or 3 slot pots hotkeys other get altered for example i put artifact at 7 and at teh same time my 1 slot pot changes key to +1, then i change this pot key again but then my second slot for pots gets changed for +1 xd. Anyone can tell me were i can find hotkey configs in game folder?
