Is tenacity working for DCs like it should? No CC resistance

Call me crazy, but we're supposed to get cc resistance from tenacity, right? According to my gear, I should have over 20% control resistance. I've played pvp a bunch since the patch, and I don't feel like I'm controlled any less. Everything has the same duration. I think the only thing I've noticed is that (a) prones aren't quite as long (but that's for all classes I play) and (b) I don't get knocked back as far. But all stuns last exactly the same length. I spend the exact same amount of time in chokes, dazes, roots, and everything else that I did before the patch. But at least then I could heal, and I wasn't forced to get rid of 1/2 of my deflect.

Has anyone else noticed this? I feel like my TR resists control more, but I'm not sure. But I'm wondering if it's broken for our class at least.

I don't know if this is the case, as i dont use any tenacity gear when i PvP. I still prefer to use my High Prophet gear instead.

I wouldnt be surprised if it was broken for DCs.


Devs answer to anything OP, bugged, and/or broken is to nerf to DC.


DC can still somehwat heal? Nerf the DC!
DC can damage an enemy? Nerf the DC!
DC can dodge an attck? Nerf the DC!
DC can move around the game? Nerf the DC!
GWF IV build is OP? Nerf the DC!
TR Perma Stealth is OP? Nerf the DC!
Players are using exploits in game? Nerf the DC!
Players can still choose DC class in character creation? Nerf the $#|+ out of the DC!

You get the idea.

Here is what I have noticed: as time goes on I am getting more and more powerful. And I also haven't even put on the tenacity set yet.
I think the reason for this is..shhhhh don't tell anyone...other people's tenacity gear is making them weaker so they have more trouble killing clerics.
