[Suggestion] Guild Sales Agent

Here is a idea for guilds, a sales agent that shows up next to the guild bank.

He can only sell items that have been placed in his inventory and can only sell items for GP and AD.

the GP automaticaly goes in the guild bank, and the AD automaticaly gets placed for another guild bank slot. Once you have enough its unlocked and purchased.

Guild Masters can set the price of items when they place it in there.

This could also be a good cash grab for the game, lets say your Sales Agent starts with 1 tab, Potions/Kits. You have to pucrhase additional tabs for items. Each tab only allowing the sale of 12 items. However stacking has no limits.

    This would be a good start, but what would really make a difference guild housing (castle or village or something like that) with:
    - a proper guild bank / treasury;
    - ability to contribute AD & Gold to guild & optional guild taxes (again AD or Gold);
    - guild vendors, where you could sell anything to guild members only, to help newer members get their equipment cheaper;
    - guild auctioneer, which will sell your items for a lower fee or can deposit the AD gained in the guild treasury;
    - mailbox, so we don't have to walk to PE;
    - a mage tower or something that goes with the lore, where you could research guildwide buffs;
    - guild tailor, from who you can purchase capes with your guild's coat-of-arms, which you can use as a skin;

    I could probably continue on with this list for a long while, but you get the idea. We need more tools to help guild leaders better manage their guilds, and more thing for the guild members to do, to make guilds more useful, cause big guild atm don't grant any benefit, that a 1-man guild and a big friend list can't give you.

    There's a lot of potential in guild housing and a lot of money to be gained if done right.

    If I might add to this idea a bit, I'd like to recommend cosmetic guild armor. It'd be free transmutation gear, possibly costing some gold or AD, that would house something related to your guild on it - maybe an emblem. Immediately, the things that spring to mind are cloaks, weaponry, and maybe armor.
