Alchemy Experimentation through gateway does not show all rewards upon completion

If this is a duplicate, I apologize, I could not find a topic matching this issue exactly when searching.
When collecting the results of Rank X Experimentation(Where X is equivalent to any and all Ranks) through the gateway, Basic Alchemical Knowledge is not showing in the rewards when it is being granted when it should be. I'm having to keep an eye on the count listed as material for Alchemical Research; have wasted resources on accident before realizing it had actually already granted the last one I needed to continue.

    It's been that way since the profession launched. There was a further bug that made it impossible to level up the skill if results were claimed on the Gateway. The bad bug got fixed, thankfully, but they never touched the one you're talking about.

    Was wondering about that basic alchemical knowledge thing and why I could never find it! Thks for clearing up why!

    Best thing to do is just to use filters - typing in 'res' should cause the research task to show up, which will tell you how much knowledge you've accumulated. Then clear the filter or change it to 'exp' if you don't have enough.
