Its one thing to just have bad luck and have to run 10 times to get your tier, but to have run 50 delves and never even seen your classes tier is out of line. I play my butt off and I know for a fact that it is not just bad luck. Every single CW I have played with is in the exact same position. This thing has to have less than a 1% drop chance.
This really needs to get looked into.
The one thing that we have worked for and deserve receiving when we clear an end game dungeon.
Great. For a casual player like me that means I could expect to get one in at least 5 years or so.
I've been 60th for probably 9 months and have yet to run a T1 dungeon -- precisely because of the horrendously ridiculous drop rates. It is a complete waste of my time to spend half an hour to an hour grinding through a dungeon to get absolute garbage worth a few thousand AD at best.

Running it 10 times or less and getting your gear would/should be considered good luck, not bad.
So far I've farmed my high vizier set and two pieces of Shadow Weaver (while helping others), and made a bit of AD along the way by selling/salvaging items I've won as well. A couple of pieces I picked up with little effort (ToS droped my HV set on the second run for instance), but I swear I had to run FH forever before I got my slippers.

We have all done the Fh runs. I think it took a good 15 runs to get my tier 2 feet way back when..... 15 isn't bad however I am talking about running 50+ VT delves and still never even seeing it drop.... that is way out of line.

Extremely rude - twstsecho was simply making the valid point that you seem to agree with - that 10 runs to get a specific item is indeed good luck. And even if you didn't agree - still no reason to resort to 3rd grade name calling. This could actually be a polite, pleasant community. (and you may want read the ToS prior to posting again).

no shock here, seems most drops i get since a few patches back are t1 trash drops even in t2 runs, part of why i stopped really playing, it gets old having to grind for AD to buy stuff on AH because you cant get decent drops from doing dungeon runs.

I couldn't begin to tell you how many VT first boss farming runs I've been on in an attempt to get my Fallen Dragon offhand. Though, I know the chances are minimal, so I've prepared myself for that mentally.
All I can tell you is this: If you honestly feel like there is something wrong, not just ranting about the drop rates, submit a bug report. Log your runs/results, take screen shots of the open chests if you like, and give as much information in support of your claim as you can.

The drop rates in a T2 DD run end chest for random T1 gear is 50%. Sad but true. It should be the bulk of what you find. However, for that same reason, getting into PK runs as soon as you can can be a decent way to gear up in T1 gear as a new player.
