Broken dungeons in group finder

Cloak Tower is a nightmare. This really needs to be fixed. You either need to add a reset to it or make an option where you will not join one, or any other dungeon for that matter, that has already been started. You most often end up stuck in an infinite loop of queue up, enter, then the same door won't open. The next option is to just remove it from group finder because if you see someone disconnected when you join or you see a red X come up while waiting for others to accept, you will not get through that door. Ever. No matter how many times you queue it up. The only thing I can think of is people are farming that first chest in there and then leaving the party so they can join again and open the chest over and over. Maybe remove the chest before the first locked door. Something! Anything!

My preference would be an option to never join a dungeon that has already been started. I want to do the dungeons, not sit in queue after queue for glitched ones and level past them and never see them.
