I've spent a decent amount of money in the last month since I started playing but because I did not buy Zen in the last week I did not receive anything? The customer support link querying the legitimacy of your claim is not good enough; there should be loyalty to paying customers. Not another "timed event" rewarding those who spent 1000 Zen on the weekend.
Way to go PW you have just alienated your paying customer base.
I bought zen with real money before Jan. 24. (1.250 zens) But did not get the Stone of Radiance. Was there a problem? @claruil
There were 2 steps to the whole process.
First you had to buy zen during a certain time frame and transfer it to NW. That time frame was said to be at any point since the game launched
Then you would be sent mail informing you that you are eligible for the new promotion. At that point you had to transfer another 1000 before the promotion ended.

Looks like I didn't qualify. I was about to start buying respect tokens and keys. Luckily I looked at general discussion first.

Or you didn't get the e-mail for one reason or another.
I have received every PW promotional email since I joined years ago. Just not this one? Why should I follow up with their customer support when, as a paying customer, there should not have been a problem in the first place?
if you were eligible for this offer, then you should have received an email advising you that the companion can now be picked up from the reward claims agent.
if you have not received the email, the companion and you followed all the steps as prescribed then you need to submit a detailed support ticket indicating as such. while this offer has passed, i would suspect more offers like this may be provided in the future. if you would like to be involved in email offers, make sure that you have opted in to receive emails from Perfect World and that you don't have them blocked in your email client/service.
click on the language preference tab and make sure a check is in the box next to "Allow us to send occasional newsletters and updates to your registered email address."
