Ok so I have a few PVP map's im working on. (Note not all PVP is direct combat)
So i have a map where players are sperated and they have to collect items as they go. Then using the items they can spawn encounters on the oposing side of the map.
I'm having a few problems and wanted to see if anyone had some ideas around them.
Cannot speak or interact while in combat? Basicaly the player interacts with somehting to summon a encounter for the other player to fight. But you can't if you are in combat. Kinda sucks.
Does one player having the item count as the party having the item? Say the above scenario again. Only one player got a 'key' but on each side of the map there is a NPC who you can talk to that requires the key. After you have that conversation a friendly guard encounter shows up on your side. But can the player who does not have the key still trigger that conversation beforehand?
Im trying to do something diffrent, and appreciate the assistance.

Maybe use a reachpoint instead of object interaction.
